Web app & companion Transfer banned Help

Hi all,

I woke up yesterday to an email saying I have been transfer banned on the apps with the following "We noticed your account has been communicating with EA SPORTS FC™ servers through an unofficial or modified client, which breaks our rules." however the only apps I use are the web app/ companion app and the Xbox app, I play via the cloud gaming option on the PC so unsure which off them is "unofficial or modified". I tried to appeal and have been told they took the correct action, the only things I can possibly think of is I use a VPN or that servers where buggy on sunday, it went down numereous times on me.

Basically I am stuck with where to go, can I appeal again? it doesn't seem to get me anywhere I just get a copy and paste rejection note. not sure how long this is for and I am hesitant to do play anymore if it does unlock, through fear of getting banned again.

    I'm writing here out of frustration and disappointment after exhausting all official appeal options regarding my banned FC 25 account (EA ID: PRIMEspidey1). My account has been permanently suspended for allegedly being involved in coin distribution. I have sent multiple appeals and all I’ve received are automatic responses with no specific evidence, no timestamps, no details – just a blanket accusation. In your last E-Mail i got sent that i wont get any more answers to my cases.  This is such unfair. 

     

    I want to make it very clear: I have NEVER bought or sold coins. I play the game fairly, and I’m passionate about trading within the FUT market – but always within the rules. I was trading WEURO cards and gambling on the teams i bought to win the game. I made some provit (500k) but also lost many coins because SWEDEN lost the game. Thats why i sold all Seeden cards very cheap. Maybe a Bot thought i sold my coins, what i didnt.  If I’ve made any mistake, it’s without any bad intention or knowledge of wrongdoing. I’m willing to adjust my gameplay if needed, but I’ve been given no real chance to defend myself.

     

    I find it extremely unfair to permanently ban a player without providing actual proof of wrongdoing. I’m not asking for special treatment – just for someone to actually review my case and explain clearly what I supposedly did wrong, when, and why it violates the Terms of Service. Also in the Terms of Rules is said that a Player wont get banned for such a small thing. 

     

    I have spent both time and money in this game and community. I believe that at least a human review is warranted before making such a harsh decision permanent. Also its Futties time which is the best time of the year and i am not even being able to do any SBCs or open some Packs. 

     

    Please, if any EA moderator or community manager can escalate this or provide more insight, I would truly appreciate it.

    Hi Barry, 

    Thanks for responding. Could you suggest what evidence I can give?  like the above, they won't tell me when this happened or what app was used so I'm unsure what I can show them to prove I haven't used any third party applications. 

    Must say I'm very confused as I have been mainly grinding SBCs and only sold one player this year.
