Playing on Xbox Series X/S. Title Update 12 was nearly three months ago (April 1st), you should have been able to download the latest update last Thursday morning (June 19th). May have a corrupt game install, delete all files, then re-download the game again on PC.
Main point of the post is the continuation of EA developers to not synchronize Title Updates across all platforms, which is causing angst in the community, and increasing the consternation level among users (customers). If this enterprise wants to halt regression and significantly decreasing year-on-year preorders and first month sales, then a new business model for game updates must be incorporated going forward.
