WHY EA! No chat no support options!

Accepted the latest EA terms and conditions and agreed my data being sent to the USA,  now when ever I FINISHING a game. I get the "error that communications to the EA server could not be completed"

I cannot submit a ticket or case as when filling out the details and clicking submit the Error reporting system pops up and says.

" Your error report encountered an error. We are aware of the excruciating Irony of this moment. Bear with us, and try again a little later"

This has to be a joke the whole system of errors on the system and reporting errors is so ludicrous that this isnt even funny. 48 hours on and you still cannot submit data for a case!

The only chat option is some DUMB and stupid AI BOT.
