wrong linked twitch account
hello i have linked a wrong twitch account to my ea account now it says i cant link it to another account please someone help me i cant use this wrong twitch account someone please help

My understanding of this message is,
1. You will not be able to log in to EA services using a Twitch account. (This means twitch login option won't be allowed, but you will continue to log in with your EA ID or your email.)
2. You will not be able to relink the same account until mention date (but you can link other account).
Read their help article in that message and get clarification from EA help to be on a safer side.
