Wrongfully Banned from FC 25 – Live Support Told Me Ban Would Be Lifted

Hello EA Team,

 

I’m posting here because my EA SPORTS FC account was recently banned, and I believe this was done by mistake. I have never cheated or broken any rules, yet I received a permanent ban with no clear reason given.

 

What’s worse, I contacted EA Live Support, and they told me that after checking my case, the ban would be 100% lifted. I was told to wait a few days — but instead, I later received another generic email saying the ban was upheld with no further explanation.

 

This is unacceptable. I followed the rules. I’ve spent real money on this game. And now I’m permanently banned without ever being told what I supposedly did wrong. I’ve asked repeatedly for a clear reason, but I keep getting copy-paste replies saying the User Agreement was violated — with no evidence, date, or explanation.

 

Please, I am asking you to escalate my case to a real person who can manually review my account. There’s clearly confusion here, and I shouldn’t be punished for something I didn’t do.

 

This situation is extremely frustrating, and I’m just asking for basic fairness. If live support could see I was innocent, I’m sure someone here can too.

  • You get 3 appeals so you can try again. Only the terms of service team can reverse a ban. They are all manually reviewed.

    I understand that only the Terms of Service team can reverse a ban, but I’ve already gone through that process and received nothing but vague, generic messages — without any proof, dates, or explanation. Live support told me my ban would be lifted, which shows there’s clearly inconsistency or even a mistake in the process.

     

    Let me be very clear:

    I have never cheated or broken any rules. I’ve asked for transparency and fairness, and I’ve been ignored.

     

    At this point, I have no choice but to inform you that if this situation is not properly reviewed and resolved, I will pursue legal action against EA. That includes:

     

    • Filing a formal GDPR complaint for failing to provide personal data and case details
    • Taking legal steps to recover the financial loss and damage caused by this wrongful ban
    • Publishing the situation on consumer protection sites and legal complaint platforms

     

     

    I do not say this as a threat — I say it because I’ve been left with no other option. I’m simply asking to be treated fairly and to get back access to something I’ve spent time and money on in good faith.

     

    If there’s any way this can be escalated to a real human for review, now is the time.

    Lmao that's what every hacker say when their acc get banned. Take the L already without creating any mess, and take this as a lesson to never cheat in a game again. If you're bad at the game no need to cheat and ruin other people's experience 😂
