You can do better

Hi everyone 

I don't often speak on or complain about 'pack weight', but I have to say, respectfully, I believe we could do a little better. I don't expect to get all or even most of the top players, but the frustration of getting nothing to improve your squad takes the fun out of the game. And I know that I'm not alone. 

Throughout this whole team of the season campaign, I have only opened the bare minimum of packs to complete daily upgrades and a few player sbcs. I've gotten several tots cards, most of which were duplicates of items that I won't be using. I wasn't at all bothered, as I was saving well over 100 packs, the lowest value being 83+×10, for this week's release. 

I was really excited for this moment, but with moderate expectations. But the letdown is incredible. The odds of the best player I receive being the liga f goalkeeper, and most packs containing a max rating 1 overall higher than the minimum are...

What concerns me more is that some of the players I've been getting today are players that I had either rarely or never packed before. I suddenly can get duplicate Hernandez, Kerr, Haaland, etc. 

I hope you can understand how it feels when it seems like the odds of receiving some rare players has been dramatically increased just to take the place of the players we are saving and grinding for. 

For instance, I am not saying to just give away all the best players, but some things should be guaranteed. Like the 93+×5 season reward should have a top tier player in it. These are the kinds of things that will turn players off. Please consider this, not as just a complaint, but just a request for a 'quality of life improvement', if you will.
