Zidane evo showing as 99 rated

Question

I recently got the new Zidane evo and the preview showed a 99 rated end card with 96 pace, 99 shooting, 5 playstyle+ etc. However, once I started the evolution it became a 96 rated card. I have requested a refund but apparently that isn’t in EA policy. Given that this is false advertising of a paid product (I paid with EA Points), this is legal fraud and requires at least compensation for the money lost as a result.&nbsp;

My son paid for this also with fifa points and has also finished and ended up with a 96 rated card. This is bangers from EA. Clever little bait scheme but as stated definitely Freud.&nbsp;&nbsp;
