I wanted to ask you a few things:

How long have you been experiencing this issue?
Where are you located?
Did you ever send EA an official email or ticket about it?
Did anyone from support actually try to help you?
And what’s your usual ping during online matches?

I’m trying to gather more info from others with the same problem so we can push EA to really investigate this.

No worries!

I only started playing around TOTY, but it was straight after that and has gradually gotten worse until I stopped playing during TOTS.
I am in the UK.
I've been in many discussions with EA staff about this issue.
They asked me for the connection report test result, then they blamed my ISP, even though I have no issues with my network outside of FC25. Even FC24 runs like a dream in comparison.
My ping varies, dependant on who I get matched with, but it's usually 12-25ms.
