Input Completely Unresponsive in Online Matches (Keyboard and Controller)

I’m experiencing a serious issue in FIFA 25 during online matches (Rivals, Champions, and Online Friendlies). Specifically:

• During online matches, both my controller and keyboard inputs are completely unresponsive — the left joystick appears “locked” to the far left, and no movement commands register.
• In other modes such as menus and offline matches (against AI), input devices work perfectly.
• I have tried multiple controllers and keyboards; the problem persists regardless of hardware.
• I have also reinstalled the game, reset input settings, and tested on a clean network with no success.
• This problem only occurs during online competitive matches, suggesting it might be related to server synchronization or an account-related restriction.
• Network connection is stable, and no firewall or background software is interfering.
• Using the same account on another device (if applicable) would help confirm whether the issue is account-specific.

Could you please investigate whether my account or the server has any restrictions or errors causing input lock during online matches? This issue severely impacts my gameplay experience.
