2th is full of delay !

so idk what is going on in this game but 1th half is perfectly clean no delay nothing since last server maintaince but as soon as the 2th half time starts even on the first pass and first turn i can feel this horrible delay !

its unplayable in 2th half now since last patch what have you done to this game ?
