Account Banned For No Reason!

Question

Hi,A few days ago, I bought FC25 on Nintendo Switch. I opened the game, created an EA account, linked it to my Nintendo account, played some practice exercises. That’s it. I closed the game and turned off the console.The day after I received an e-mail that my account was permanently banned for violating the User Agreement?! I tried to appeal, they replied that the ban was justified. No specific reason or violation was given.Any advice would be appreciated.&nbsp;
