Dude believe me I have the same problem, I have tried all the amd graphics settings 60-90-120-144 fps for 3 days, I have a constant vertical synchronization problem even though I tried performance mode or other modes, probably the optimization problem in the game will continue until the next update
I really hope someone at EA will see this post and take a deeper look into it, cause I don't know if this was the issue since the release. It might have been working good at the initial release, and maybe some of the anti-cheat updates broke the game.. Who knows..
