Arsenal vs Arsenal glitch in fc 25 division rivals

Question

Whenever I would load in to a division rivals game I would see Arsenal be Arsenal every time and then I would get kicked out saying I lost my connection to my opponent and it’s getting really annoying and hopefully I could get someone from the EA management to help me with this&nbsp;
