Away Team Tactics Not Available PS5

Question

There are no in-match tactics available when playing as the away team, i.e. when moving the left arrows on the controller nothing happens.

So far I've only seen this on the Champions League, but this was a game-wide bug in previous years, so it looks like it's back.

Also when pressing 'R2' it seems you also have to press the up arrow on the controller and then use the left stick to scroll the sub options which is impossible to do, holding R2, plus the 'up' arrow and also move the left stick at the same time is quite a feat EA!

@G2BamOKSame! I have this with several version of the game in the past on PS5. Support never replied even though you'll find tons and tons of posts about this on this platform from the last couple of years. Sometimes they fixed it a month or two later, other times it broke during spring time and was never fixed again. I hope this time they actually bother to fix it. Fast.
