Thanks for the reply. I understand the normal procedure is to appeal via EA Help — and I’ve already done that six times
Unfortunately, all six appeals were denied, including the last one where I submitted my full DSAR data and referenced a previous wrongful ban (in 2024) that EA had reversed. I also provided a recent Reddit case where a player in a similar situation was unbanned.
Despite this, I only received template responses and no evidence or explanation of what triggered the ban.
At this point, I'm not trying to bypass procedure — I’m just asking for a fair, manual review, not an automated rejection.
If there's any way this can be escalated internally, or if I should tag someone specific for further review, please let me know. I want to resolve this constructively and respectfully.

Bans are handled through the Terms of Services and by sending in an appeal, the ban does get manually reviewed before a decision is sent out. If the ban is deemed correct by the team, we can't do anything about that. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do in this situation.
