Banned while my account was stolen – still no help after 6 months

Hi everyone, I really need help or advice. Around 6 months ago, my EA account was stolen. I have proof of the account being compromised. Once I finally recovered access to it through EA Support, I discovered that my account had been banned while I didn’t even have access to it. Since then, I’ve tried contacting EA Support many times – through the help site and by emailing [edit: email address removed], but I’ve never received any explanation or chance to appeal. I did nothing wrong, yet I’ve been banned and can’t play FIFA online, even though I bought it legally on that account. It’s extremely frustrating and unfair. Has anyone had a similar experience and actually managed to get help? Thanks
