Game crashes

Question

My game crashes regularly on certain screen or actions. 50/50 on joining a game when the opponents badge tifo shows. 100% when I go to rewards evos. And around 25% when searching club but only specific parameters triggers it.

I've contacted EA and they've replied 5 times with try troubleshooting. I had tried all the troubleshooting options before contacting them and I can't seem to get a human to help.

It's very frustrating as it's costing me important games and time restarting, not to mention wasted evos etc.

Any help would be appreciated

Hey TheMightyChelsea​ Try creating a different squad, using different players, tactics, and formations, and send it as your main squad. See if that works to determine if any specific item may be causing the issue.

Hi,I have tried this and the problem persists. It happens in the evos tabs and SBCs too.

What error message do you see in the error history when it happens?&nbsp;

All it says is "something went wrong with this game or app"In the top right on the "report problem" screen it has ce-108255-1. Not sure if that's relevant&nbsp;

In this case, please also check the steps recommended by Sony for this error code. Make sure that both the game and the console are updated. If you use multiple accounts, make sure to install and update the game on the primary account.&nbsp;
