I would like a BRIEF explanation from EA. WHY IS THE GAME SO UNPLAYABLE? IT IS UNPLAYABLE AT ALL. THE DELAY IS UNREAL. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I CANNOT PLAY. THANKS
