Bug choose playstyle+ ı selected quick step but then ı saw its anticapete

Question

I chose Marc Guiu as my player in the Future Stars Academy in FC 25 Ultimate Team. After completing the required objectives, I reached the screen where I could select my desired PlayStyle+. Based on the list I had prepared earlier for my forward, I selected Quick Step. However, after pressing the continue button, the game encountered an error, and after the interface flickered, I assumed that the correct selection had been applied.

But when I checked the player development screen, I saw that instead of Quick Step, the Anticipate PlayStyle+ was applied. This really upset me, and I don’t want to be disadvantaged by such a bug. Under normal circumstances, no one would choose +Anticipate for a forward. Fixing this issue would truly give me peace of mind.

On Saturday, I wrote down my planned selections in my personal WhatsApp notes, and I have attached the list where I documented my choices. This unfortunate in-game bug has really frustrated me. Please take the necessary steps to correct my selection to Quick Step as soon as possible. Otherwise, all my effort will go to waste.

If this is really true, it is more than annoying. Don't you have a screenshot or video of the incident?If not, the decision is final and EA cannot make any subsequent changes.

There is no video of the incident, but it is clear on my whatsapp page that I took notes on two days ago which playstyle I would choose. I wrote each one one by one. And I made all the choices accordingly. Which idiot could have gone and chosen anticipate for his forward? Such a thing is impossible. No forward has this feature anyway. This is an unrealistic situation. Therefore, EA officials need to help.

I opened a support request to EA but the representative said they couldn't do anything about it. He told me to share my problem on the forum and that way I could get results. It's a joke.
