Bug Fut chp / rivals : EA Server is not available at the moment. Pls try again

PS5 23/03/2025 BETWEEN 10:00 AM TO 01:00 PM (FRANCE)

I won in 2 Fut Champs matches and when the match has ended, it didnt get me to the Advance menu, instead it kicked me out of game saying "EA Server is not available at the moment. Please try again". My connection is GOOD, had no issue with other game titles.. ===> When i go back to UT right away, i got the Did Not Finish warning, meaning IT  GIVES ME 2 LOST FROM THOSE "WON GAMES" :( 

The same thing happen to me in rivals, i won the match for promotion to the higher division, but it was counted as a loss ! 

How can you fix this so that my victories are properly counted ?
