Bugs/errors making FC 25 completely unplayable.

I don’t know how many times it takes for people to raise issues and then actually be sorted. I have had the game since release and early access. The whole time the game has been completely unplayable and a horrendous experience for me. Each time I load up the game it seems to get worse with the amount of bugs I experience, which I have never experienced on a previous EA FC or FIFA title. My game will constantly crash and close as soon as a match ends making me have to replay and hope it doesn’t happen again, sometimes multiple times each time I load the game. I cannot use the team management screen more than once in a match without it freezing and not letting me press the back button to escape or make another sub. The only way of getting out of this is changing team sheet which changes my starting 11 and puts players out of position, and then makes substitutes for me so if I have just brought someone on it will replace them with a random player I have not selected. If I have a player sent off it will allow me to sub them off with this bug, or leave me with 10 men if someone becomes injured. I have had enough now and this is the worst game I have ever spent money on in actual fact I would like my money I paid back for such a disgraceful and unusable game which has killed my love for career mode, enough is enough now it’s December and I’m pretty sure it’s been out since October, every patch makes the game more broken and there is more wrong with it than I can list here. And the fact that so many people are complaining about these things yet no one at EA Sports seems to take any notice of it when we’ve been conned out of £80 for a copy and paste squad update for an unplayable game. It is a complete disgrace the game has never been such a mess. I would like an immediate response to this from a member of the EA FC 25 development team because I am outraged at the state of the game it is completely unacceptable.
