Launch error - directx function

Game can't be launched, error message attached. Usual recommendations do not word (repair files, check updates, DDU, delete Documents folder). It can be otherwise launched in notebook battery saving mode, 60 fps.

Installed on EA App. / PC Specs.:  ASUS TUF Gaming A16 FA608UH-RV015W

    Self solluted - problem was in conflict of windows graphics prioritization (integrated/dedicated) with graphic drivers prioritization (nVidia). Windows part was set default and voila ... crazy EA problems.
