Manager Mode Team Sheet changes causing game to freeze when finalizing.

Hey everyone, I've come across an issue in 'Manager Mode' when I'm trying to change out players with the reserves.

After changing out starting eleven players with the reserves and subs bench I press 'B' button to back out which brings up the prompt to save changes to the team sheet or continue making changes etc. It's at this point the game freezes and I cannot select an option, resulting in the game needing to be restarted.

This typically happens when making changes to the international team sheet. 

Has anyone else had this issue recently?
