Can’t connect to EA servers from one account

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue connecting to the EA servers when using my main EA account while playing FIFA. When I try logging in with this account, I either receive an error message or cannot connect at all. However, when I use a different EA account on the same device and network, it connects without any issues.

I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Checked the EA server status (servers are up)
• Verified that my account isn’t banned or suspended
• Cleared the cache on my console/PC
• Restarted my router and tried using a wired connection
• Unlinked and re-linked my account to my console

Any idea what causes this and how to fix it?
