Can’t connect to EA servers

I am on PS5 and I can’t connect to the EA servers, my internet connection is more than stable. I’ve tried all the steps listed in the EA Help site and nothing helped me at all. My PS5 has internet connection and I can play everything else online, I’ve tried connecting to my neighbour’s wi fi and it works. Why im I not able to play the game I payed for? Is there any fix for this or should I refund the game?
