Luna Players Locked Out of Web/Companion Apps in EAFC 25
Hi EA Team,
I play EAFC 25 through Amazon Luna. When I try to log into the Web or Companion Apps, I get the message:
"Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. Please log on on PC or Xbox to allow access."
The issue is that as a Luna-only player, I don’t own a PC or console version of EAFC 25. This means there’s no way to complete the required one-time login step to Ultimate Team outside of Luna. As a result, Luna players are permanently locked out of the Web and Companion Apps, even though we are paying to play the game via Luna.
This feels very unfair to cloud players. We’re using an official platform (Amazon Luna), yet we can’t access features that other players get by default.
Could EA please:
Allow Luna logins to count for Web/Companion App access, OR
Provide an alternative method for Luna-only players to authenticate?
EA Help support confirmed this limitation but could not provide a solution. They suggested raising the issue here so the development team is aware.
