Can’t connect to servers

Good evening, 

I have been attempting to get into ultimate team servers now for the last 4 hours. On my main account it won’t let be get into it; “ Cant connect to ultimate team servers right now” however when I jump on my friends account on the same console it lets me jump in ultimate team. 
I am still able to play clubs, online seasons ect. I’m just confused on what the issue could be as I’ve seen my friends play rush mode on their consoles.

I have reset the Wi-Fi, gone on the companion app and changed my active squad, I have reset the console. Nothing has worked.
