Can’t get online on fc25

Hello am having trouble getting on my online account for my fc25 can u help me please because I have just got a ps5 todays ago an swapped my account from the ps4 to my ps5 an when I try an go online it won’t let me an the login verification code not coming threw me emails aswell like it did on the ps4 &nbsp;an when I try to go back it says you have lost your online connection.check your home network. You will not be able to access fcs online features until you can reconnect to ea servers .go to ea.com/ unable-to-connect to find out more &nbsp;I just don’t know what to do&nbsp;
