Can’t load into Ultimate Team

I’ve been trying to play ultimate team for the past couple of hours and have been unsuccessful in logging in. I have tried redownloading the game, trying different WiFi’s, researching online, and I’m stumped. I have very very long loading times up to the screen I will have attached below, where the fc logo at the bottom flashes forever and I get stuck completely. Someone save me please.

Hi there. Let's go through some troubleshooting to see if we can get this resolved. First, what platform are you playing on? Also, are you only using a wireless connection or have you tried wired also? Thanks!
