Can’t open pack for a loan pack stuck

Today i’ve open a pack from the rivals, and inside i have found a loan pack, but now i can’t open anyone pack. When i try to open the loan pack the game tell me there is some problem with ultimate team, but i can play and do others thing in ultimate team, just i can’t open anyone pack cause i have an items, and i can’t open or do nothing. It append with xbox one, i try by the app and don’t work nether.
