Agreed it's shocking! I had it happen twice today, which means i will be fighting to get Gold level. It just makes you think, why do we bother putting in the effort and time. I can tell you that i am done with the franchise after this version. I started later this year and regret even paying £25. EA must be really scraping the barrel with their developers and servers as the game is half finished and without doubt the worst version to date. The servers are more unstable than ever and something else really odd happened today? I generally get Elite 2 comfortably every week, but today not only do i get 2 losses, despite winning and drawing when it kicks me out - I somehow get completely out-played by a Professional level team and the following game i struggle to beat a 68 rated team on Legendary. I comfortably beat teams <70 on Legendary 5 or 6 nil constantly.
The game felt much harder today in general. I have raised a couple of support requests over last 48 hours and that's suspiciously when things have changed. EA will blame it on my connection, but how come it never drops out on any other connected appliance and they all remain connected when EA decide it's time to kick me out! I generally believe they decide when it's time for you to lose and they have algorithms to up the difficulty. I have found that if you don't play for a day or two that the difficulty resets and connections are more stable. I played more than normal as i won't be available to play that much this week. Oh and i doubt top level players, would notice the difficulty increase, which is why some will say it's fine for me.
EA do not give a **bleep** about it's players or the game. Just pure greed to hook young teens in gambling and pay to win at nothing creating toxic communities. My son is rapidly losing interest as it used to be something we played together. I doubt we'll be playing this game at all very soon. EA mods will ignore this thread and if they don't will just spout the same scripted responses as per usual.
