Can’t Open TOTW Breakthrough Pack

Yesterday around the same time as today I tried to open a seasonal booster in order to obtain a little extra SP.  When I got to the TOTWB portion it wasn’t allowing me to open the pack as it was saying there was issues connecting to EA servers. I waited a day to see if it would resolve however it is not working even on the EA Companion app. Please help to remove the pack or something so I can continue to open other packs!!
