Can’t REDEEM GOLD PACK (*card.desc.FreeGold…)

I redeemed my Division rewards, and within one of the packs i got a gold mystery pack that needs to be redeemed. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it logs me out everytime after giving me an error.

now i can’t open packs anymore because i have this 1 unclaimed item(which i cant claim)

there’s packs expiring that I really want to open before they run out but i cant.
