Can’t get passed UT Loading Screen

Sorry I’m new here so I apologise in advance if this has been discussed before..

I’ve recently been having issues loading FC25 on my PS5, where I csnt get passed the loading screen but specifically floor ultimate team only??

I’ve had an issue for a few weeks where it freezes on a particular grey loading screen, and I had to close and restart the game several times for it to work.

Im not sure if its related but I am now having an issue where it gets to the screen where either the background is the image of a tunnel leading out onto the pitch, or the loading screen where it displays the selection of ‘best of’ players that are currently available and it just gets stuck in a seemingly never ending loop of trying to load past this. (Green fc logo rotates at the bottom of the screen and never stops). 

Please tell me that somebody else has experienced this and has a solution for me to try? I literally can’t get on the game currently and it’s starting to annoy me.
