The game starts up on pc gets to the profile selection screen. Select the profile and then a grey screen forever. Tried restarting the computer shutting down repairing the game deleting the game and reinstalling, deleting EA app and reinstalling everything and still not working. Anyone know a way to solve this issue.
Community ManagerHey, @adidasfav Have you also tried deleting the existing Personal Settings 1 profile and creating a new one?
Also, delete the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

I thought about doing that but I didn’t know if it would reset my progress on Ultimate Team and that so I haven’t tried it. I’ll try that later if it doesn’t clear that stuff
