Can anyone help me with PC settings for clean gameplay?

Hi, I have the similar specs like you. 4060 paired with 5600X, I play on a 144hz 2k monitor (2560x1440p). I invested more than 48 hours and here is the settings I found which works for me to run the game smoothly:

Nvdia Control Panel settings

1. Texture Filtering - Quality: High Performance
2. Vertical Sync : Off
3. Virtual Reality pre-rendered frames : 1

Rest of the settings remains the same no need to change anything.

In Game settings:

1. Resolution same as your monitor has
2. Refresh Rate : Same as your monitor has in my case it's 144 hz
3. Vertical Sync : Off
4. No limit on FPS in game
5. Cutscene : Full FPS
6. Rest of the settings is set to low

Download RTSS (Rivia Tuner Statistics Server)

Cap the FPS of FC 25 to 95 FPS.

This value works for me, might not work for you so I advise that you can try testing starting from 80 FPS all the way upto 100 FPS to find the sweet spot where you can feel the game smoother. I personally applied these settings and 95 FPS is working for me. I will not say it fixes the stuttering 100% but moral of the story is: " I can atleast play now"
