Can you unlink your ea account from a twitch account that hasnt ever existed?

I spent about 3 years with my normal twitch account liked with my ea account with no issues...until last year. It now claims that a twitch account by the name 4DRZ5vxGHZyx7Js was linked to my ea account (it doesn't exist). On the help website it says you can change linked accounts after 6 months. Its been 11 months since I unlinked the twitch account that doesn't exist and I still get this error message. Anything I can do?
