Cannot access FUT on Aus servers

Question

About 10 times it said I couldn’t connect to servers, finally let me in then froze on loading screen, I restored licences then restarted ps5 it let me in to FUT and then completely froze when trying to get into a game, this has been an issue for a good day or so now, ufc 5 loads fine on ps5 with no issues and can play online, same as all other fifa game modes no issues, please fix this and give me a pack in return for not being able to play&nbsp;

From what I've gathered after talking to others. It is a problem with ea and telstra, other aussies are on ea fc 25 owing to them having different providers.
