Since last week I am unable to access the utlimate team on EAFC25 on the Xbox.
On the opening page the list only says News, Learn to Play and Upgrade and does not include Ultimate team which it did previously. I own the full game and was working until last week.

If you own a digital version, was it purchased directly from the Xbox store?
I have the same issue, it was a digital Standard Game version purchased via CDKeys.com. Never had any previous issues like this.

When can we expect a response on this. It has now been almost a week since I've been able to access these features on the game. I can only access the basic features, like Kick-off etc, which makes the game not worth playing.
I also have the same issue @hillz20uk I claimed the showcase version a couple weeks back then I’ve decided to buy the actual game but it just keeps showing the showcase versions and there’s nothing I can really do about it
dont worry guys EA team won't investigate that, and will leave you on read same as another issue that has been in game for 60 days 🙂
