Cannot change persona from XBOX to my PC on FC web app

Issue: when signed into the FC web app it automatically signs into my Xbox persona, but I want to switch to my PC persona because I also play on pc. But when going to switch to my PC persona I get the same issue over and over again. Please see image attached to view the issue. 

Context: I have played FC25 on both XBOX and PC, I have created an ultimate team and can play on both completely fine. I can also see both the XBOX and PC personas in the web app. I just cannot switch to the PC persona for some reason.

I have researched this online and many people also have the same problem but it never seems to be resolved. Can I have an answer or a resolution for this from anyone please.
