Stuck in trail not showing career mode but rather showing "upgrade"
I’m hoping someone can help me out because I’ve hit a dead end with standard support.
I purchased the full version of EA Sports FC 25 (Standard Edition) on my Xbox Series s but my game menu is permanently stuck in the "Trial" version (showing only Kick Off, Clubs, etc., with Career Mode locked).
I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting:
I’ve cleared the "Reserved Space" and my console’s cache.
I’ve performed multiple hard power cycles ( 10 Second hold).
I’ve removed and re-added my Xbox profile to force a license sync.
I’ve verified my Microsoft Order History, which shows the purchase as "Completed."
The issue is that I have a strict data limit, so I cannot uninstall and re-download the full 50 GB game again. It seems like my EA account is still holding onto a "Trial" entitlement flag from a previous subscription (or EA Play trial), which is overriding my full-game license.
Could someone please check my account entitlements and see if there’s a way to refresh my account status server-side? I’ve already contacted EA Support, and they suggested I reach out here for technical assistance.
