I played on 2/21 with no issues, but this morning every time I boot up the game it says unable to connect to EA servers right now. I’ve tried restarting console, modem, router. Tried deleting saved data. Tried changing date and time to correct time. Tried changing DNS type. Tried going from wired connection to wireless. Nothing works. YouTube TV works on my Xbox so it can’t be a problem with my internet.

I ended up uninstalling and redownloading and that worked for me.

ok will do the ea support service has always been a bit of a joke I'm trying to find if there's a different way to get there attention easier.

Idk why but they just will not respond to my emails I sent one about 8 hours ago they might only respond quick on a weekday as weekends people could be on brake

Hi I have not heard anything back but have dug a little deeper into other cases in the past with a similar thing and I think we must just have to wait for the people at ea to respond to our message and go from their as that is usually how people have got unbanned by being simply patient so I will try report back if my emails get noticed.
