CANNOT OPEN TRANSFER TARGET

I have been trying to open transfer target from past one week but it says " Connecting to Ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."  I bid on 4 players and i won  all of them, but i cannot place my players to club, coz transfer target is not opening.. what should i do ??
