Can't Access FUT Rivals/Champions – “Checking Account Status” Issue
Hello EA Support,
I hope you're doing well.
I’ve been playing EA FC for months without any issues using my Xbox account. I am using Game Pass through a Home Xbox setup — the subscription is active and has been working perfectly fine for over 3-4 months.
Recently, I started facing a problem only in Ultimate Team modes like Rivals and FUT Champions. Whenever I try to enter those modes, I get stuck on:
"Checking Account Status"
What’s strange is:
I can play all other online games normally.
I can even open EA FC and access the menus.
The issue only happens in FUT competitive modes.
Nothing changed in my setup. Same Xbox, same Game Pass subscription, same accounts. It used to work perfectly, and now it suddenly stopped.
Could you please help me figure out why this is happening, and how to fix it?
