Can't chat with support
I recently purchased Plants vs. Zombies GW2. It can't connect to EA servers because for some unknown reason my account was deactivated. There's nothing under my ban history. I was able to speak with support last night and the agent claimed, after verifying my account, that the email I gave him wasn't the one linked to my Playstation account and that he couldn't do anything. It absolutely is the correct email and I can verify this with screenshots or any other method you would like.
Today I try to contact support again and I can't get a live chat option to come up for anything. The hoops you have to jump through to get help on here are the most frustrating I have ever encountered. Idc if you guys delete my account so I can make a new one or reinstate it or whatever but I have to speak with support to make this happen and none of the links people gave in the forum that worked for them are working for me either. I click the contact us and it just takes me to another article. I click on the article then any and all li is claiming to allow me to talk to support and it takes me back to the same article. Please just give me a working method of speaking to an actual human who will fix the problem as all online features of all EA games are useless to me as is the entire game I purchased as it's entirely online. I'd also recommend somebody talking to whoever on the corporate food chain that is responsible for your broken and not easily accessible support system particularly when it involves issues that bots and articles can't fix.
