Cant complete SBCS

It's been over 8 hours and i still can't do any sbc ...
I'm trying to get the psg players that are in packs for a limited time but im being punished and not allowed to complete any more sbcs,
can someone look into this please?
now when i do an sbc it says there was an error communicating with the ea servers, but i can play a match i can open packs, i just can't do sbcs
