Can't connect/frequently disconnecting on BT/EE internet

I have contacted EE technical team myself and spoke to team leader as they claimed everything is perfectly fine with Internet to begin with. That is true because what they are testing for is not this...

when i start the h2h and i found the opponent,the screen suddenly become black and when i enter the match,there's no joystick or anything.After i wait for a few minutes,this thing came out

    I’m having the same issues again lately. BT/EE provider etc. All the same as before. My PS5 has consistent and high connection speeds and no issues with other games. Nothing has changed in my setup.

    Can’t play rivals, rush or champs without 30 stutters every game and disconnections. So annoying.
