game lagging at some point for 10seconds(with clip)

whenever im playing fc25 sometime in the game my screen turns into pixel and i runs on 8fps this happens for like10seconds.can you help me??? i tried reinstall btw already, and this happens in every single game.NOTE MY PC IS SPECS A REALLY GOOD
