Cant even launch the game

Every time i try to launch the game Through CloudPlay, it says that i dont not own the game or that i dont have the right subscription. I"ve triple checked everything and it all looks right so i dont know if its them or xbox. I only have this problem with ea Games

I have Xbox game pass ultimate

I am playing on PC and trying to play the next gen version

I have never had this issue
