Can't log into my companion app

Question

I have tried on multiple occasions to log onto the companion app on my phone had a recurring issue that says I don't have a club.

Checked on the website that it is the same one that's linked to my account and have received emails to the account linked. Had this issue for months and it still hasn't been resolved, so I've had to get into contact, my friend has tried everything and still nothing is working. I own EAFC 25, and owned FIFA on this account since I got locked out of my old one and I have a club.

Resolution on this issue would be appreciated as I'm currently struggling for free time and am struggling to do my daily SBC's because I am working a lot of hours in the week and need time to recover, so I want to be able to do SBC's at work as it is Team of the Season.

That does sound like you're currently logging into a different EA account- I'd recommend getting in contact with the live support team so they can verify your login details and help you access the app.
